Nice title

I used this shampoo for many years buying it at my beauty shop. when I moved, the new beauty shop did not carry it, so i ordered it online. the service has been great, however, the shampoo odor was terrible. I was told you sent me another bottle of shampoo to see if it smells better

Service outstanding/product bad

SleekHair provided outstanding service on my order, shipping quickly. The product itself, one that Ihave used for years and normally love, has a very bad plastic smell to it. Either the product is old and the plastic smell has been picked up by the product or the company changed the plastic packaging. It is hard to use this product because of the terrible stink.

The price was right and the service in shipping the product was outstanding.Cons:
The plastic stink that is in the actual product. Not the normal quality of this product. Makes the product unusable.Disappointed
