I have had this perm for years, and then my stylist said he couldn't get them anymore. I was crushed.! believe me, this is the best perm I know of around, and I ve had perms in my hair since '90. The curls are so defined and precise,not fuzzy!! that's what I love about it.they don't get weak and mushy. just very uniform...please don't quit making these perms,tressa.... they are the ultimate!!!!!!!!!!

Best perm for sensitive, treated hair

This is the only perm gentle enough for my sensitive hair, yet it gives me a strong curl that lasts until it grows out. All other perms I have used leave my hair dry and looking like straw. People don't even know that I have a new perm after using Pliance by Tressa. Don't know what I would do without it.

I have done four perms already with the Tressa Pliance and my hair is just as healthy as ever. I already reviewed this product last year when I first purchased it. I used Matrix Synerfussion for over 20 years due my thin baby hair. When it was discontinued, I panicked. After researching the web I found this wonderful perm. My hair is healthier with this perm than it ever was with Synerfussion. The curls last until my hair grows out. I hope it is never discontinued.

The very best perm for my very fine hair. I have been using it for the last 6 years. It only takes 10 minutes to get the curl for me and it looks very natural and does not dry out my hair. I hope they never quit making it!. Most perms are too harsh for my hair and it ends up very, very, dry or burned.

I have a lot of hair that looks healthy, but most perms burn and fry my hair. It turns like straw within a few days
Years ago a hair dresser told me about "Pliance" by Tressa and we used it. I get a great, lasting curl that is so natural looking. I won't use anything else on my sensitive hair. I understand that hair dressers are sing it more and more. I give myself perms now and love the convenience of purchasing on line. Great product.

As some of your other reviews, I have used Synerfusion perm for at least 20 years and was devastated when it was discontined. I was terrified to try something else as my hair just doesn't like perms and Synerfusion was the only one that would give me a good curl and still allow my hair not to fall ot of my head! After many hours of on-line research I thought Tressa Pliance sounded like one I could try. For my particular hair, which is very difficult to hold a perm but at the same time my hair is very fine and soft - I had to stay under the dryer for 25 minutes and then also leave the perm solution on for another 10 minutes after the dryer. Also, after rinsing I tried "air neutralizing" which I had read about - which is that I blotted my head as much as possible with paper towels and then just let my hair stay in curlers for 10-15 minutes while I read the paper or something. AFTER the air neutralizing I then applied the neutralizer and left it on for the 5 minutes as instructed. BEFORE I rinsed out the neutralizer I took my time remoging all the curlers and then finally rinsed out the neutralizer and applied my normal conditioner. This method may not be the one for everyone, but for me - my hair comes out beautiful, curly, soft and manageable, with very little IF ANY breakage. Far superior to any perm I have ever received from Synerfusion, and that's saying something, because Synerfusion was a great product.

I had been using Matrix Synerfusion Perms for over 20 years. I was devastated when it was discontinued. Since my hair is baby fine and I also color it with non ammonia semi permanent color, I was very afraid to try something new and ruin my hair.
I am very happy to report that this perm is better and gentler than the Matrix Synerfusion. I did my first perm about a month ago. My hair is soft, shiny and have beautiful well formed gentle curls. What a blessing that I found it. I hope they NEVER!!!!! discontinued this one.

My friend has fine hair and has had only bad experiences with salon perms. She remembered using this perm in the past so we ordered it. We did a home perm and she loves it. She has a beautiful curl without damage to her hair. It was soft and felt well conditioned immediately. Thanks for the great product.

Great curl on my thick hard to curl hair. Last one lasted 4 months and there was still alot of curl. Only reason to reperm was growout. My second perm looks great too. My prior perms lasted about two months. Great product.

I purchased the Clientage for a freind who thought they were discontinued and was devastated. She claims it is the best perm EVER! I was grateful as the purchaser, for the ease at which I was able to place my order and response from the web site. I gave them to my friend as a Christmas present and she was delighted. When I first started using this perm, it was wonderful. The last two that I have gotten has turned out frizzy and I have to use a curling iron on it every morning. My beautician was using the rod to roller perm method. What is she doing wrong
