This shampoo is an incredible product for my hair! I am black/african-american who has been using this product for over 5 years. It softens my hair unlike the majority of hair products which I had used in the past. The fragrance is one of the few which doesn't bother me (slight sensitivity); although, I recently purchased a bottle from a different vendor and it was stronger than my last bottle. I hope the manufacturer did not change the formula: why mess with a great product?. I decided to still rate this 5 stars, because I don't know if my last purchase was just a fluke ("bad batch") or if there indeed has been a change in the formula.I would recommend this item to a friend.
