This processing solution goes with the best demi color line out there. Redken Shades is gentle on the hair but provides great color and shine. I love how conditioned my hair looks afterwards.I would recommend this item to a friend.

Redken is a reputable company and it seems fine. I've only used the product once, so this is with limited experience. I don't think I left it on long enough because the color didn't grab the gray the way I wanted. I'll give it another try.Pros:
