Sometimes, a conditioner can be too much when you use it every day. This stuff is great for every day use. I have long hair that I blow dry and curl every day. This conditioner keeps it shiny, bouncy and feeling great. It is my favorite conditioner by far, and it is a lot cheaper than many other brands. I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great Smoothing Conditioner

I've been using this Conditioning Balm on my hair for several years. I find it most effective when i blend it with some of my homemade essential oil blends (rosemary, bay, lemongrass in jojoba) and sit under the dryer with it on my hair for about 15-20 minutes. Another great use for this is when, after I've sat under the dryer with a Sebastian Cellophane on my hair, I cover my hair in this and let it sit for 10-20 min. I like the contrast of the heat in my hair with the cool temp of the conditioner; it performs as a sealing conditioner.
In both scenarios, my hair is soft, shiny and manageable. This is a (once per week) staple for me.
Pros:
- Great as a heat activated deep conditioner- Great as a sealing conditioner layered on top of another hair treatment.
- Nice smell
Cons:
Might not be special for coarse hair when used as a daily conditionerI would recommend this item to a friend.

I wish I loved this product SO MUCH. It smells AMAZING. And it seems like everyone else just love, love, loves it. But it didn't work for me at all. I tried using it with my regular shampoo, sulfate-free shampoo, co-washing, small amount, big amount, emulsifying. It just didn't work. The only way this product works for me is if I use it as a leave-in. But It's a 10 works better for me. I use it on off days. I would still recommend this to a friend because it works for so many people, and it smells amazing.Pros:

The secret to my hair is all in this conditioner (and its companion shampoo). It smells so good that strangers ask me about it. It makes my copper hair look so silky and bouncy and natural that people are shocked to hear it's dyed. I don't need too much conditioner; just a pinch and my hair feels amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone with colored, dry hair.Best conditioner ever

I have used a variety of expensive hair products over the years, but have noticed in the last 6 months or so that my hair has been looking especially dull and lifeless. I color my hair about every 8 weeks, and always use color protectant shampoo and conditioner, so I wasn't sure what was wrong. I decided to try this conditioner after seeing the reviews, and I can't get over the difference in my hair - it's got great shine and my curls are looking full of life again, it just overall looks much healthier. I plan on picking up the full product line, this is fabulous stuff! Pros:

This is one of the best conditioners I've ever tried, and I've tried them all. I won't use anything else! It is somewhat expensive at first glance, but is absolutely worth every penny. It's a great value, the large jar lasts 6 months or more, you only use a dab. I recommend it for short or long hair (I've had both). Whenever I try something new, I go back to it. MCB leaves my hair manageable and soft, which is all I ever want. Unless you have super dry course hair, I don't recommend it for daily use as it does build up.Definitely give this a try

This is absolutely NOT just your average conditioner. I have really thick, relaxed hair, and any old conditioner off the shelf at the store does not work for me. Even some of the salon lines are not moisturizing enough. I have tried many, and I always come back to this. If you are looking for a rich conditioner, this really may be the answer for you! My hair feels so silky after letting it sit for around 5 minutes. I just hope they never stop making it! I don't know that the shampoo in this line is anything out of the ordinary, but I use it in conjunction with the conditioner, and my hair looks and feels great. This is one of the best conditioners I have tried. I have been using this for years now, and it keeps my hair in wonderful condition -- shiny, healthy and never any split ends. I've tried other conditioners, and they never leave my hair feeling as soft or as healthy as Conditioning Balm. Provides intensive moisture and smooths tangles out

After coloring my hair I began having very very difficult tangles that some days made me consider abandoning hair coloring altogether. None of the store bought and even some popular salon conditioners didn't work for me. After talking to my hairdresser, she recommended Biolage so I automatically assumed that I should use the Color Care line but have since discovered that the Hydratherapie line is even more moisture intensive and smooths tangles out almost instantly with very little combing in the shower. Also, a great plus to the Biolage products is the wonderful fragrance that stays in your hair all day even after blow drying and curling or straightening. This by far is the best conditioning product by a landslide
