I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments: I never really bother with curlers as my hair is naturally wavy and I love straight hair but after getting bored with constantly straightening my hair, I decided to try something new and since I have Turbo Ion Croc dryers and flat irons I thought that I would pick up a curler from them. This thing is amazing. In just a few minutes I got the most bouncy and shiny curls. It did a tad bit of damage on my hair only because I had to straighten it first and the curling iron's heat is as strong as my straighteners and my hair is quite fine to begin with but if you've got thick hair, I highly suggest this curler for you. It lasted me a day and when I woke up next morning, the curls were still intact.

Comments: Croc's curling iron works very well and like the other reviewer said, it is heavy and feels very solid. The one reason I give it 4 stars is because it is expensive compared to drug store curling irons.

Comments: I have Turbo Ion's Croc flat iron and blow dryer, and decided to try their curling iron. Turboion makes really good hair appliances that work great and lasts a long time. I decided to purchase this curling iron since I had a cheap one that I purchased from Target. This curling rocks! The barrel is solid and this curling iron is HEAVY compared to my Target one. The barrel is solid ceramic, giving it the weight, and it seems to leave my hair less damaged then other curling irons. My hair feels much better, without the dry or burned feeling of the hair. I highly recommend this curling iron!
