Comments:I absolutely LOVE this product. I don't like washing my hair everyday, and being in university I don't always have the time. Since my hair looks best the second day anyways I like to just spray some of this dry shampoo on my roots and go about my day. It absorbs any oil as well as adds volume to my roots. |

I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments:To keep my color treated hair healthy (and because I have 5 kids), I don't wash my hair every day. This product is GREAT. A little spray at the roots and a quick comb through and hair looks GREAT. Not cakey or messy as I've found the Bumble & Bumble spray to be and less expensive than Frederic Fekkai hair powder (which is fantastic, but expensive). My hair is DARK and this product is light enough so that it doesn't make my hair white, but it still gives me an oil free, fresh finish.Pros:Removes oiliness and freshens unwashed hair.Cons:None! |

I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments:I thought this product was perfect for in between washes. It did not leave any powdery residue and made my hair smell good It worked well with my blow dryer for styling and getting out the door quickly. |

Comments:In High School, I Swam Competitively And Showered (and Washed My Hair) Daily. At Age 16, This Is Fine, But As You Age (and Become More Busy) It's Impossible To Wash And Dry And Straighten (or Style) Long Hair Every Day.In College, I Began Shampooing Every Other Day, And Wore A Ponytail On The Days I Didn't Shampoo - BLAH! Batiste Is Great - You Shake The Can HARD, Spray Lightly And Evenly On The Part In Your Hair And Rub Into Your Scalp, Then Brush Out. I Will Then Part My Hair Again (about 4 Times Total) All Along The Top Of My Head And Spray Evenly, Rub With Fingers, And Then Brush Out. The Spray Absorbs Most Oil And Even Adds Some Body To The Roots! It Even Works Well After You Sweat At The Gym (I Recommend Lightly And Coolly Blow-drying Your Roots, Then Using Batiste To Touch Up). No, Batiste Is Not Exactly The Same As A Real Shampoo - You Won't Get The Same Results, But 75% Is Better Than The 0 I Was Getting Before! Now, I Only Have To Shampoo Every Third Day, Instead Of Every Other Day Like When I Started Using Batiste. Most People Don't Know, But Shampooing Is A Self-defeating Premise - The More You Shampoo, The Quicker Your Roots Become Greasy. After A Month Of Using Batiste (for The Days In Between Shampooing), I Need Less Product Than I Used To, And Only Shampoo Every Third Day. I've Tried Baby Powder On My Roots Before - It Just Makes Brown Or Black Hair Look Gray! The Only Draw Back Is The Scent Is A Little Strong, But My Boyfriend Claims It Smells Almost As Good As A Fresh Shampoo. Batiste Is Money Well Spent On The 6+ Hours I Now Have Every Week! |

Comments:This Is Great, And It Does Exactly What It Says It Will Do. I Work In The Engineering Field, And Have To Wear A Hardhat All Day. My Hair Builds Up Oil, And When I Get Out Of Work, I Don't Want To Have Greasy Hair If We Go Out To Dinner Or Have A Drink. This Stuff Gets Rid Of That! Also, I Have Gotten Up Late And Hadn't Had Time For A Shampoo. This Takes Your Hair From "eew, Its Greasy" To "pretty Good". There's No Substitute For The Real Thing, But This Is Pretty Good! Follow The Directions Though! Mine Doesn't Clog, I Shake It, Like The Directions Say, And I Spray From >30cm Away. For Those Of You Who Don't Like The Scent, Its Not A Perfume! Its A Hair Product! Spray Perfume In Your Hair Or Something! Or Try The Tropical Kind. Enjoy! |

Comments:I have to say, the smell that bothers others didn't bother me at all. It's not unpleasant, and does a good job of freshening up hair after being around smokers or other elements that would require a hair washing. This product is much cheaper than anything else I've found. I picked it up at a local beauty supply place and it has worked perfectly for me. I have thick hair that normally only lasts 36 hours before it MUST be washed - this product helps me spread out hair washings, which is much healthier for my hair. The only time I had trouble with this product was when I was learning how to use it, and sprayed it on too heavily. Since then I've taken it on every trip, and it's been a lifesaver with this broken foot of mine. I recommend it to everyone. |

Comments:Due to health limitations, I have searched high and low for a dry shampoo that actually worked and didn't break the budget. I hit the jackpot with the Batiste Dry Shampoo. By following the directions, it truly made my hair smell and feel clean, but most importantly, made my hair plump up - wild and full!! It was great working with my hair, and every single time I use it, I get compliments on my hair. Go figure! (I don't get them when I have freshly washed and fixed my hair! lol) I only wish it came in a bigger can - I'm on a mission to see if I can find one. |

Comments:I looove this stuff!! I have really thick dry hair that i absolutely hate to have to wash every day but because my scalp gets so oily, I have to unless I use this fabulous product. Because my hair is dry (everywhere other than the scalp) I actually like the way my hair looks more with this than actually shampooing it and having it look super dry all over. If you feel like it "builds up" and isn't working, you're probably just spraying too close. Spray from far away, let it settle for a minute or so than brush/comb it through like the directions say. And it really doesn't need THAT much. It actually takes a few min for it to absorb all the oil. I think some of the reviewers who didn't like it probably put too much based on what they are saying. As far as the smell goes, it is really not that bad. My mom actually LIKED the smell. I can't say I like it, but I'm not grossed out by it at all, and besides it goes away almost right away. As far as baby powder vs. this thing..I hate the smell of baby powder so much but sometimes I will sprinkle a little in conjuction with this product and it works GREAT. I can go three days without washing my hair and it looks awesome (And I have really greasy hair.) LOVE IT. |

Comments:I Have Tried Many Of The Dry Shampoos On The Market And Think That Batiste Is Hands-down The Best Value For The Money. It Works Well On My Super-super-oily Hair (when I Say Super, I Mean It Needs To Be Washed Every 12 Hours). After Using The Product, My Hair Doesn't Look Quite As Good As When It's Freshly Washed, But I'm Able To Skip A Day Of Shampooing And Get Away With Wearing My Hair Down For Most Of The Day. It Also Doesn't Leave Too Much Residue On My Hair Or Scalp. My Only Issue Is With The Smell. I Can't Adequately Describe It Other Than Saying That It's Just Not Pleasant. It's Not A Bad Smell, It Just Takes Some Getting Used To. Klorane Is My Favorite Line, But It's Terribly Pricey. Algemarin Doesn't Work Quite As Well, But Smells Better. Bumble & Bumble Is An Utter Sham. |
