I would use this mask daily if I could!! It is very thick, and smells heavenly, and leaves my hair like spun silk. I use it about once a week, and it is noticeable when it's been more than one week that I haven't used it. I use it with the Pureology Nano Works shampoo and conditioner, and have the most gorgeous hair now. The day I use it, my hair is super soft and manageable, and tends to curl a bit more (my hair is slightly wavy on normal days and curly when it rains) than usual. The next few days when I use just the shampoo and conditioner it's still soft and silky. Then at most a week later I have to use this instead of the conditioner to get my hair awesome looking again.
