if your hair won't make curls, it just frizzes

If your hair is curly, dry, and damaged, this stuff can work wonders, if you use it the right way...... 1. Use less than a dime size, rub it into the ends, and then use the comb to spread it throughout your hair. 2. Don't rinse it out. Just leave it in.I could tell a difference after a week ( about 4 washings). The next time I got my hair cut , the hair dresser actually asked me what I was using and wrote it down.
