This is not a rave review of the White Sands Liquid Texture - Firm Hold hairspray nor a negative one. I'm really on the fence, but to its defense, my hair is alittle on the difficult side to style right now. I have long, fine, highlighted hair that I am trying to grow out to my waist. I've only used this product when I curl my hair all over with a curling iron, not on days when I use my rotating hot air brush, and I suppose it's performed well. Positives are light fragrance, dries quickly so the iron doesn't 'scorch' my hair, leaves absolutely no residue or flakes, and can be brushed out easily. The negatives are that my hair still doesn't hold a curl long enough to justify adding yet another product to my hair. I also cannot attest to any thermal protection since I only curl my hair maybe four times a month. So I guess for me the positives do outweigh the negatives, but I honestly don't think I'll repurchase this once I run out. It's better than most in my opinion but I think I'll try the Aquage Thermal styler next.

I have long very straight, highlighted hair and live in an ultra high humidity area. I have been through lots of products over the years trying to find something that worked well as a root booster and helps to hold the curl I get with my curling iron...I LOVE White Sands firm hold! It is not heavy, brushes out easily without residue and it just a terrific product. Worth every penny! :)

Best non-aerosol. Not heavy or wet. Works great with heat tools and actually protects hair while giving incredible shine when heat is applied. Does not build up and brushes right out. Smells good too.

I use White Sands when I flat iron my hair & it looks so, so amazing. Gives a beautiful shine, texture and hold. It feels sticky when applied but after styling it doesn't leave any residue.
$15,99 is a very good price. Unfortunately, I live in Europe so shipping costs are too high ($20) which makes it impossible to repurchase after the bottle is finished.
Btw, this is one of the products used on The Vampire Diaries. The girls always have flawless hair and now I understand why!

A friend of mine gave me her bottle of this to try since she had noticed that now that I am old I don't have a lot of hair left and that what I do have is thin and unruly. This product make my hair look as if I had it done in a salon.

I have pretty thick hair, so it can tend to be flat because it's so heavy. This product makes my hair do exactly what I want it to and gives it a great texture and hold without any sign that I have "product" in my hair. LOVE IT!

My hair is fine and very hard to manage or even do anything with. Up until I found this hairspray I have had to put some type of perm in it just to have body. I no longer have to do this because this spray gives me the body that I need to hold curl and shape. It is great!

I have very fine, thinning, color treated, long hair. After using my Nioxin regime, I spritz the parts of my hair that need an extra lift with this product, blow dry as usual and I am very happy with the results. It has taken me years to find the right combination of products and this combo really works for me.
