Disappointed for discontinuing...

I have used Redken product exclusively for years. I am so very disappointed that many of the products that have stood the test of time are being discontinued. Touch Control was/is THE BEST! I have NOT been able to find a comparable product. It seems that Redken is doing more and more discontinuing of products that have become hair care staples. Very discouraging...I would recommend this item to a friend.

I've used this for longer than I can remember -- and now I read that Redken is discontinuing it. WHY? This makes me so mad I'm ready to discontinue using Redken products altogether. Why buy them and use them just to have them discontinued down the road and have to look for something else? Onc again, corporate botom line apparently dictates rather than satisfying the customer.Pros:

I've been using this product for many years and it has always worked great - made my hair look & feel more full. Plus, my hair looked good for several days. My hair stylist told me that many of his clients are disappointed that the 05 has been discontinued. My salon also used 05 and is disappointed as well. Why would you discontinue such a popular product???? I've tried several of your other products - the 07, 10 and a new one meant to relpace the 05. NOTHING works - all products leave my hair limp, but even worse - my hair feel sticky & dirty the next day! I understand that many other people have been experiencing the same results that I have with your other products It's time to reconsider & bring back 05!!!I would recommend this item to a friend.
If your warehouse has any left, I would appreciate letting me know as we love Touch Control.

So disappointed that Redkin has decided to discontinue Touch Control ! Hard to understand why, as when I went to purchase it in the past.......it was usually sold out & that was not because it was then, discontinued. I had to buy acompetitors product today.
