Comments: this is a huge miracle into my life.it takes a bit to notice a diference in the hair but it surely works.i just got my new order from sleekhair and i am anxious to try it on.my hair is a bit dry now so the best solution is coming back to a close friend the deep penetration reconstructor.it works,i promise!

Comments: It works great! After a full year of using K-Pak, my hair is much stronger and thicker looking. It doesn't break off like it used to, and I don't get split ends. Just 5 minutes a week has really made a huge improvement to my hair. The results make the price, wierd scent, and slight inconvenience 100% worth it to me. I'd highly recommend this if you're hair is damaged. Stick with it, and in a few weeks you're bound to see results! First, K-Pak is a penetrating product - it does not simply add gloss to the cuticle, but actually needs to penetrate the shaft in order to work. Most of us use products containing silicone of some sort or another. Chances are, your conditioner is loaded with them. Silicones coat the outside of the strand, making it difficult for a treatment to penetrate the strand. Because of this, it's best to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the build up prior to applying K-Pak. I like to use a clarifying shampoo weekly anyways, so it's not a big deal for me. Second, unlike deep conditioners, there's no reason to leave K-Pak in for any extended time period. You won't get different results. Hair can only absorb a certain amount of protein at once, so five or ten minutes is more than enough time. You can use K-Pak too much. Even the most damaged hair will only benefit from 2 treatments a week. Overuse of a protein treatment can potentially cause hair to feel brittle and dry. I use K-Pak once a week. If you're already using a different protein treatment, like Redken Anti-Snap, you might want to limit your use of K-Pak to once every few weeks. Finally, I need to banish the most common misconception about reconstructors. K-Pak is not a replacement for a conditioner. If you find your own hair responds well to deep conditioners, keep on using them! Most importantly, it's crucial to follow K-Pak with conditioner! K-Pak won't add softness, or slip, and without following with conditioner you'll find it exceptionally hard to detangle your hair. My hair is fine, and I like to apply this starting at about 4 inches down from the roots. There's no reason to apply K-Pak to the scalp or roots, in fact that'll just make it limp and heavy feeling. Make sure to rinse well, too. If it's not well-rinsed, it makes my hair feel a tad on the sticky side. To recap: Use clarifying shampoo, apply K-Pak, let sit for 5-10 minutes, rinse well, use conditioner.

Comments: No, no, no, this had a smell that was rancid and my whole forehead and sides of my neck have been broken out and bumpy since using this Joico K-Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor. My skin has been clear all my life and I have never had anything like this which is still irritated after weeks of non-use. My very good friend also used and had the same bumpy rash for quite some time. We are at a loss as to why this happened and what could possibly be in this product.

Comments: Awesome stuff, My bleached, fried hair drinks it in and is left soft, smooth, and tangle free. It has help me reduce breakage and makes my hair look much better. Have tried tons of high end intensive treatments and this is the best!

For the improvement it will make on your hair it's worth every penny!

Comments: I am an avid Joico fan. I love the entire K-Pak line. And this is no exception. I love the smell and what's even better is the way it works. It really repairs your hair. I do hair and I dye mine at least one a month. From blonde to brown to red to whatever. So my hair gets a beating. This has saved my hair. With all of the processing and dying I do, my hair would be in complete split ends and totally dry if not for this. And the price isn't bad. For the improvement it will make on your hair it's worth every penny. And a little goes a long way. I use this about 2-4 times a month and leave it one for about 10 minutes. You will notice the difference right away. I also love using it when highlighting clients hair. I squeeze a little dallop into my mixing bowl and mix it right in with the bleach. This really makes a difference. And does not damage the hair as much when highlighting. I would recommend this to anyone who straightens, curls, blow dries or color their hair.

For the improvement it will make on your hair it's worth every penny!

Comments: Joico K-Pak Reconstuctor is very hydrating and leaves the hair very soft and easy to comb. the fragrance is very good as well. i would recommend it for those whose hair is very dry - i have highlights, pretty damaged hair, you'll feel the difference right away. even though it's a little pricey, you don't need to use big quantity of product to have great results. it worths it.

Comments: I love this conditioner. The smaller sizes are so much more expensive for the amount you get. I have rat nest tangled hair and this gets all of them out if I comb is through while it is in my hair. Works well on conditioning hair also.
