Excellent product for those of us who wants to maintain the integrity of our hair. FiberGuard will give you a texlax feel. Many user complain that it doesn't bone straight their hair or their hair is underprocessed, but they misunderstand the product's aim. You will get a soften texture, some will look very straight depending on the nature of your hair, but it's the best product to use if you want to maintain healthy, good looking hair on your head.

I like the texture of this relaxer however i experienced severe burning but I'm not sure that it was a result of the product itself. I expecting that next time will be better

I like this product because it leaves my hair with body, a shine, it does not irritate my scallp and I can tolerate the smell.

This is the best relaxer I have ever tried. My hair is so silky , shiny and strong. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I have been using the product for a year now. It was great for the first 9 months, then on the next application, the crown of my hair fell out! My scalp has been incredibly itchy and irritated! My hairdresser said I wouldn't have to use any scalp oils, but my hair has been very dry? It looked lovely after the first two applications, but I have to say... IT FELL OUT!!

I have used the Affirm Mild FiberGuard relaxer for about 2 years. It is a great product. My hair comes out straight and with a lot of body. Sleekhair.com was fast with shipping the product to me in Hawaii.

I recieved the relaxer before the scheduled delivery date. This relaxer is the best relaxer for african american hair types. If you want a relaxer that helps protect your hairshaft and value for your money, contact this very reliable company. I had a question about the relaxer and the seller responded very quickly. I am very pleased and will continue to buy my hair care products from them. Fibergard is the only relaxer that has made my hair softer and shinier without using a moisturizing product like hair oil or sheen. I have shoulder length medium thickness hair. Although, I have noticed that it does not keep my hair straight as long as other relaxers, so I have to do a little extra work to maintain the straightness until the next application to reduce over processing my hair. This product is designed to increase the tensile strength of the hair shaft, so I guess that is why it does not keep my straight for that long. Otherwise, this is a great product and would recommend anyone to try it!

This is probably the best relaxer I have ever used. It is the perfect relaxer if you do not want your hair bone straight. It does not leave the hair feeling weak. Wonderful and does not burn.

It's a perm. It didn't make my hair any softer or straighter...as a matter of fact it did quite the opposite. I like my hair really straight after my perms and my hair is naturally soft and this perm seemed to change the texture a little. It also took a long time to wash out completely, I don't know if it's because there's lye in it or what but I will not buy this perm again.
