Comments:This is an exciting new (to me, at least) product made from macadamia oil and argan oil, which is from a plant that is only found growing native to Morocco. At 59 my hair, once soft and lustrous, had become rather dry and frizzy. I went to the salon to get my long hair cut off trying to regain a bit of a youthful look. I left not only with a great haircut but I also learned about Macadamia and Moroccan Oil. The stylist told me drier hair is common as one ages and used the oil on my hair. I was very pleased with the results. Used sparingly on wet hair before styling it gives a suppleness and shine that is not oily or greasy at all. The salon sells the oil for $40 something but I found it on sleekhair for much less. Macadamia Oil is a wonderful product, to me well worth the cost and I'm not one to spend a lot on beauty products at all. I love the scent, however, even if you don't, once styling product is applied, however, the scent is not that noticeable. |

Comments:This was introduced to me by a fellow aquatics/swim instructor. Obviously, bieng in the water frequently can take a toll on your hair. We both have long hair and just a very small amount of the product rubbed between your hands, warms and causes this 'little bit' to go a long way. The first time I used it I spent the whole day going around saying to people "feel how soft my hair is!"I purchased mine from Sleekhair.com and paid a lot less for it than my friend did. One bottle will last a long time..many months and I have hair down to my waist! I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have and keep the softest, silkiest, healthiest hair of anyone you know. |

I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments:I have very fine, slightly wavy hair. This oil is fabulous. Most products make my hair greasy or stringy. Also, my hair tangles up easily, I was really impressed with how soft and shinny the Macadamia oil made my hair!!Pros:Non-greasy, easy to use, smells nice & it works just like advertised! Priced affordable & goes a long way. |

I would recommend this item to a friend. Comments:My hairdresser turned me on to this amazing oil which does NOT feel oily on your hair. Because you put it on when hair is still wet, it blends into the hair as you blow dry and keeps it in place. No more gels or mousse for me. No more hair conditioners (either wash out or leave in) as the oil makes my hair glisten wonderfully in natural light. No more hairspray because Macadamia Oil holds my hair in place however I style it with the blow dryer. Also, with a good haircut you don't even have to blow dry. Just rub the oil into the hair, comb and go.Easy does it - you bet - this product much cheaper on Sleekhair.com compared to buying it in the salon AND it lasts and lasts. The 4.2 oz bottle with last FOREVER because it only takes a small amount in the palm of your hand to completely coat your hair. I use it every time I wash my hair which is every two to three days. No special treatment regimen but the product is OH SO SPECIAL!! Highly recommended by me as an alternative to pouring chemicals on your scalp :-) |

Comments:I discovered this product the last time I had my hair done at the salon. My mom had an appointment about a week after mine, so I told her to ask our stylist what she used on my hair. My mom purchased a bottle for $42 at the salon. I then found it on Sleekhair.com for MUCH cheaper.I have very fine, partly wavy/a lot straight, natural blond hair. My mom has dark (now grayed), heavily colored / often treated hair. It works GREAT on both our hair!! It is amazing how soft it makes your hair feel. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the smell of it. I use it on wet hair before I blow dry. I also but a little on the ends after I style my hair to eliminate any dry ends. I highly recommend Macadamia Natural Oil Healing Oil Treatment to people with all types of hair. Try their shampoo & masque too.... it works great too and smells amazing! |

Comments:Will definitely improve hair's health (for folks with thick, frizzy hair especially); definitely only use a little on the ends and work up but not near the roots. I have thick, long hair and it's fantastic for this hair type but I'm not sure if folks with fine hair will benefit...check other reviews?? thinking it might make thinner hair too oily..? with thick hair it absorbs in easily and helps really condition it. I also use keratin treatments/products(also found on sleekhair.com). Both Macadamia Natural Oil Healing Oil Treatment and Keratin leave-in conditioning products have make a huge difference in defrizzing my hair. My recommendation: you just have to figure out the right amount for your hair for optimum results, start sparingly and add sparingly until you get the results you want. Sometimes I put a little on my ends before going to bed for added conditioning after harsh days (windy, sunbaked)...seems help precondition it for the next day's shampoo. Good luck and enjoy the results! |
