I used redken pro oxide cream developer 20 volume with redken cover fusion hair color as recommended. It seems as it was very gentle on my hair & covered my grays well. Very low ammonia and a very pleasant smell. Consistency was very creamy & easy to apply. Recommended!Pros:

I have always used the redken color line and have no complaints. Their cream developer is both strong and gentle on hair. The only complaint I have is that they don't come in various sizes to meet my needs!Pros:

I've been using the Redken color creme system for a year now and it delivers shiny, glossy color that is long-lasting. I've been using the one bottle of developer for a year and I still have plenty left. Just use the ratio specified on the bottle. I would recommend this item to a friend.

I used this product with Redken Color Fusion hair dye. I mixed them well together and processed as it should. Has a wonderful scent though the hair dye stank it up. It didn't burn my scalp. I have natural curly hairs so it tends to dry out fast this hair developer left my hair so soft. It didn't dry out on bit. No straw head for me. I will continue to use this.I would recommend this item to a friend.

I use this developer in all 4 volumes. It is stable, reliable and gentle in all 4 volumes. This developer has reduced almost all scalp sensitivity in most of my hair color clients. It does not produce pungent fumes that I have experienced with other developers. Give it a try, I don't lie!Great!

If you want a thicker developer, the Cream developer is for you. It seems the creamier based developers are a bit easier to mix & work with. After a few tries you get the knack for it. I used to do cap highlights & I achieved the blonde I wanted in 10 minutes. Fast!" Great developer

I have used this developer for many years now. I did not notice a formula change. It provides a good level of lightening for very blonde shades. The shade I was aiming for seemed to be achieved with less time and greater result using this level. I would recommend this if you are looking to lighten your hair by two or more levels. Beware of new developer formula...

Unfortunately this new formula is not an improvement over the original! There's a noticeable reddish tinge now - eliminating the whole advantage of the the original product. And this new formula makes the colors darker than before.
