Comments: This stuff is the best leave in hair conditioner and I would not even attempt to grow my hair out without using it after every wash. For medium to long hair, a dime to nickel size is more than adequate. My hair is blonde, fine to medium, I tend to have an oily scalp and I have a little body in my hair. But, this stuff as I am told by the salon owner is being used by ALL hair types for the conditioning and softening properties it brings.
