this peroxide is so thick it barely mixes with the color. I usually have to end up watering it down just to get it to mix but then i loose the color. not a great product.Pros:

I used the 10 volume generator with natural dark brown color (50-4n) to cover my gray but keep my underlying color. The 10 was very gentle and my hair felt soft and shiny afterward. I recommend getting the 10 volume if you don't want to change your hair color by much, and if you're skittish about trying this at home. Pros:
No smell, and the thick viscosity means no dripping. Very conditioning. These products (Chi) are far higher quality than what I was getting at the drug store, and much easier to use because of the thickness.Cons:
The huge bottle of color generator - it will take me years to use up but I don't know if it's supposed to stay fresh for that long.I would recommend this item to a friend.

The Chi line of hair color does not stink like all others I have tried. My hair does feel like its had some damage like with any other coloring producted. Although I do feel its less. It mixes thick! After 3 trys with it I have figured out that a little goes a long way verses others where I have to pile it on! My hair Is dark, Thick, and very long curly and corse. I perfer this hair color line to the others. Pros:

I had never used Chi color products before. I started because my hairdresser recommended it; I have a lot of breakage and my color fades a lot when I do it. She wanted me to use an "Italian tube haircolor" and specifically recommended Chi. I'm glad she did. The results were great, even with my limited ability and patience. The color generator is really nice -- rich and creamy. It takes a little getting used to because it's very thick, but that's a good thing. I got great results -- hair looks great and very natural, isn't fading, and doesn't seem dried out. I'm really happy with it!

a mi en lo particular me gustan mucho estos productos ya tengo mucho tiempo usandolos y hasta ahorita no me a maltratado mi cabello y sobre todo me queda super mega brilloso el tinte que es la misma marca de tinte que uso te lo recomiendo.I would recommend this item to a friend.

I'm using #20 to color my hair from a very dark natural (nearly) black to a dark/medium brown. It leaves my hair shiny and soft like no product I've ever used.I would recommend this item to a friend.
