I've tried many products when using a flat iron and this is the only one that does NOT leave my hair stiff. Its wonderfully manageable and really looks healthy and shines like crazy. I love it.Pros:

I am a Black woman with type 3b/c curly, long, non-relaxed, color treated hair. I had the hardest time trying to find a product that would protect my hair properly from heat while creating a smoother finish. I had a can of this product sitting around, not really knowing how to use it. One day, I just sprayed some on a small piece of my hair after blowdrying, and took the flat iron over it one time. Then I went back over the same piece with my Instyler. The result was sleek, ultra-straight, soft hair that blows in the wind and does NOT revert back at the first sign of humidity. I've gotten so many compliments on how my hair looks after I do it myself now, that I no longer go to the hair salon, except for occasional trims. Pros:

Soft and shiny hair

This product is great for use with both wet and dry hair. Use it before you blow dry or use it before you flat iron your hair. Works remarkably well.Pros:

Can be a bit hard to apply. Sprays and if you don't continue to move it around your head can be over applied. Cover clothing with towel, oil shows up on clothing.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Great for fine hair

This product works great on both dry and wet hair. After heat treating my hair it usually feels dry and brittle, however, this product makes it feel softer and more manageable than before heat treating itPros:

This is honestly the best product I have found to fight frizzy and help with a salon quality blow dry. I can not live without this spray. It makes my hair super smooth with incredible shine without weighing it down or causing that greasy feeling. The smell is great too very light. Pros:

Love this product, but don't over do it or your hair will look greasy. I use it on damp hair then blow dry, and a little more when done. Pros:

Great aerosol shine sprya! With any gloss/shine product, think *layers*. Always use less than you think you'll need, spray evenly, brush/comb it a bit, then decide if you want to add a touch more. In general gloss products won't spread very much, so resist the temptation to spray a bunch in one spot then try to brush it through--you may end up with a very glossy scalp area and dull ends, or vice-versa. Rusk Thermal Shine Spray can build up very quickly, and if you're not careful the result will be the "patches of grease" look instead of the "neat and shiny" look. While I try to use most of it after my hair is dry (easier to see what the final results will be) I like to spray a little in before I start blow-drying; it makes combing/brushing my hair more pleasant. Lovely, lovely product, I have relaxed hair and it provides just the right amount of shine, softness, and moisture. Try not to spray too much, there are oils in it. You really have to follow the package directions to prevent weighing the hair down. I would highly recommend this product as a finishing spray.This product is the best
