I HAVE BEEN USING THE TREATMENT FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I PUT IN MY HAIR AND WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING WITH STRAIGHT, SOFT HAIR. ITS THE BEST THING. I just tried the "deep" conditioning option yesterday. It's a little labor intensive - not too bad - and the results are nice. When I woke this morning, my hair still looked smooth. So I am pleased so far. I would recommend this item to a friend.
