This product lasts a very long time since only a small amount is needed to hold hair in place. I buy the 4.6 oz size for daily use while home and the 1.75 oz tube stays in my suitcase for travel.Pros:
Only need a small amount per use. Leaves hair soft and natural to touch, not stiff or slick.I would recommend this item to a friend.

Aquage Transforming Paste is a product I've used for a few years now. Using only a small amount, Aquage holds my hair in place with a natural feel...not stiff or slick. I highly recommend the product. For daily use, I buy the larger size but for travel purposes, the 1.75 oz. tube is perfect.Pros:

I have found that Aquage products are among the top-of-the-line! This paste leaves my hair looking natural and well groomed. It is not sticky and I can brush my hair without having the tangled, paste feel to it. I would recommend this item to a friend.

I really love this paste. It works better for me than any others I have tried, and I have tried quite a few. It also has a nice smell to it, not overly "perfumy" - really gives my hair good curly accents and stays that way - other gels and pastes seem to go flat throughout the day for me, as my hair is fairly thin. I wouldn't think of doing my hair without this product. I wash my hair every other day and that's when I use this product. It gives me extra body for styling with ease. It halps keep my style throughout the day.Cons:

This product is a great styling tool and has great hold. It doesnt make your hair look stiff. Your hair looks natural. I can style my hair with this and it last all day long.Pros:

This paste is sticky in your hand but goes on with just shine - not greasy at all. I have very fine hair which doubles in volume with this product. My hair tends to be oily and this product keeps my hair away from my scalp and doesn't look oily late in the day.Pros:

This is by far the best "molding" paste I have ever used. I have short, fine hair and this product is great for "spiking" and "piecing." I even take it to the salon when I get my hair cut and make the hairdresser use it. She loves it!Pros:

If you need to style hair, especially thin, straight hair, this product is wonderful. Gives lots of styling ability with a very soft finish. Easy to work in.I would recommend this item to a friend.

Why has the 3.5 oz. been discontinued? Also don't change the formula, I received 3 that had a different formula not as stiff as the original.Pros:

I have used this for years and years. Not to be redundant or anything, but this stuff is GOOD. If you are a creative type and like a textured "piecy" look, this does it. You can slick your hair back or add lift where you need it. My hair is short and fine. Every day I am told by people that they love my hair. I just ran out of this stuff and it's killing me. You can use it on clean hair, dirty hair, unruly hair, perfect hair and it will take away all your bad hair days. I won't use anything else.Pros:

Best product I've ever used. Takes getting used to, so start off with the attitude of "I can always add more". Great for lifting cowlick spots, too! My two teenage daughters are now hooked on it as well.Pros:

I have a short shaggy hairstyle. When I want to be 'Funky," I rub a little paste on the ends of my hair and "Wa La" I take on an entirely different look. Transforming Paste is also great for the slick back look. Aquage Transforming Paste is a definite keeper!L Carlton

This stuff really holds and looks fantastic. As a longtime user of Gel I was getting sick and tired of my hair getting extremely hard once the product dried. Gel also gave me an undesired Wet and Greasy look that I was getting sick and tired of. By luck one of my stylists at the Salon I go to recommended that I use transforming paste and they took out Aquage. This stuff is a godsend. It holds great and gives you a nice natural styling look thats not greasy at all and when I touch my hair I can actually run my fingers through it. I highly recommend this product and stand by it 110%Pros:

I have used Aguage transforming paste for several years now. It's not always easy to find at salons, but when I buy several at a time from sleekhair.com I actually save quite a few dollars and it's convenient I agree with other reviews. No other product like it for my short hair. I never use a comb or brush. Use wet or dry. Although I prefer damp to almost dry. Does not leave an oily residue or stiff feel like most other pastes or waxes. I tried several other products at salon's only to be disappointed time and time again. The only thing close is a product by bed head that is a sticky paste/gel in a jar, but aguage is still better in my opinion.I wear my hair short and this product gives it the perfect, spiky, fun look I am creating

Never found a good gel (I am 42 year old man) that would survive rain, wind blowing in from my moon roof, or humid/hot weather. All gels dry up and look to plastic like.this paste looks natural with no plastic glue look! Someone recommended this Aquage Transforming Paste (found bigger tube versus hard plastic smaller size--a better deal on Sleekhair than where I previously bought on-line)and it is gr8! When my hair is just cut (short) it can satnd up and I need stuff to calm it down.
Use a very small amount (dime size) and put in after washing, I brush through and let hair dry naturally (can blow dry to if have to run out immediately). It keeps hair manageable (When my hair is to short is I need to calm it down). sometimes after fast driving or humidity it gets out of sorts, I just put some water in my hands slick through and it seems to reactivate product and hold.
If you want a hair product to do "bed head" then this is the best product I've ever tried

Aquage's Transforming Paste doesn't dry into a hard crust like many pastes and give you the most extreme control available. I've used it non-stop for a period of years and have very healthy hair so it is a healthy product to use for your hair. This product is the best!
