Paul Brown Hawaii Hair At Rest is a curl eliminator for naturally curly or permed hair. Designed to reduce or remove natural curl and wave, remove old perms, redirect cowlicks, and create texture. Hair at Rest is a state-of-the-art curl eliminator that is enriched with ultra-conditioners including the extraordinary Kukui Nut Oil so it leaves hair soft, smooth, shiny and manageable as it reduces or removes curls or perms.
Do not use on hair that has been double processed, bleached or treated with relaxers containing sodium or other hydroxide bases.
Contains NO Ammonia or Thioglycolate, and can be used on previously permed hair. It is enriched with ultra-conditioners including the extraordinary Kukui Nut Oil (with Linolenic and Linoleic essential fatty acids) to leave the hair in soft, smooth and manageable condition. It is a two-part system, with a creme texturizer and a sodium bromate neutralizer.
When combed through as a texturizer, it reduces curl by 30 to 60%. When combined with magnetic rollers, it maximizes volume. It's best for hair that is chin length or shorter and works wonders for men and women who want to temporarily change the growth direction of their hair. Uses sodium bromate neutralizer. Can be combined with Paul Brown Hawaii Thermal Flat Iron to produce a super-straight, shiny finish.
