I've tryed many different products to give my hair which is damaged by the japonese process and the 12 Benefits really has helped to make my hair more manageble. I spray it on my hair after been towel dryed and it makes my hair soft, moist and safe to be straigthen by the flat iron.

I have been using 12 Benefits for a year and love how it makes my hair feel. When I began using this product, my hair was dry and brittle from overprocessing. I had to get my hair cut shorter and shorter every 6 to 8 weeks to keep the damage controllable. The condition of my hair improved with the 1st use and is now healthy, bouncy and shiny, even though I still have my hair colored and highlighted. Now it's growing long again and only have to trim a small amount every couple of months.
You do have to shake the bottle really well each time or you will end up with approximately 1/3 of a bottle of thick conditioner that you can't spray.So shake well and you will get to use every drop!

After having three children, my hair quality changed. I was trying to get the smooth, flowy feel back from before my children were born. I have natural curly hair but have the benefit of being able to blow dry it straight, but my hair had become dry and brittle and nothing worked. My hairstylist applied this to my hair and I loved the smell! Once I left I noticed my hair felt amazing!! I gave her a call three days later because my hair was dry and lifeless again. I have used it every time I wash my hair now and my youthful, silky hair is back!!

I saw no difference or benefits with this product, it's makeup is pretty watery, it was as beneficial as putting water on my hair. Would not recommend and would not purchase again.

I've tried almost every product on the market to tame my curly, fine, color/perm treated hair and this beats all! Just a tiny bit on just washed or (on dry hair) inbetween shampoos leaves my hair health, soft, shiny and revived! Highly recommend!

I started using this product at the recommendation of my stylist. I was having lots of damage to my hair due to swimming. This product is great for swimmers. It makes my hair shiny and it feels much healthier and softer. My stylist could tell a difference in my hair after I started using it. Worth the money!

I bought this for my 8yr. old daughter, who has long, thick, wavy and dry hair that tangles VERY easily. Her hair looks and feels healthier with each application. I love this product!! It makes your hair feel so silky smooth, tames the frizz and gives your hair great volume when blow drying. But what I like about it the most is it is very, very light weight and you don't have to use a lot when applying.
