Apply to damp hair, divide hair into sections. Massage lengths and tips, comb through and leave on 5-10 minutes, even under hair. Rinse off well.

I've definitely had better masks than this. It leaves a residue behind, but repairs some of my split ends. I think there are better options out there for damaged hair

Totally smoothed out my split ends! I use the shampoo and deep conditioner mixed with the garlic or the coconut by alter ego and add a bit a of raw shea butter and perfect conditioner for my hair. Hair does't frizz and react to the elements like it use to! Love this product!

This product is ok! I haven't really noticed a change. All though I love Alter Ego I wouldn't purchase this again. It just not that thick like a mask should be.
