Please mail your Croc warranty card and a copy of your Invoice ASAP. If you should experience any problems with your iron, this will ensure an immediate replacement. Mail your warranty card and your receipt to the following address:

If your iron should fail within 180 days, explain what went wrong with the product and ship this information with the iron to the address above.

Turbo Ion Warranty does not apply for the following cases:
1. Unauthorized party opening the product in an attempt to fix the product
2. Damage caused by misuse and mishandling, wrong voltage supply, disregarding safety precautions and dropping of iron
3. Failure of product from normal wear and tear
4. Failure of product from negligence of the user

• Order number
• The most convenient time and means for us to reach you

Our fee for warranty services are as follows.

• Within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico): $9.95
• Canada: $29.95 (US dollars)
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as countries outside the US and Canada will be charged based on the typical freight rates for those areas. Please contact our customer service department to determine the appropriate rates
