Favorite Cleanser
I loved Kera Care's "Relaxed" line, so when I heard they now had a natural line I was there. This cleanser cleans without striping and adds moisture just like it says. I will say you need to follow the directions (obviously). Two rounds of this in one wash is ONLY necessary if you have EXCESSIVE build up, and it means excessive. If you are simply washing gel or some type of styling product out of your hair you don't need to do this more than once. I used it one after using styling products, oils and shea butter and 1 application of this cream, leaving it on 3-5 minutes and rising was enough to clean without striping. I used it twice one time in the past when I thought I may have had what would be considered excess build up and it did slightly strip my hair (which conditioning restored with no problem). This product is basically going to basically replacing my shampoo. I would use this 1 time a month and that would be it. It smells great and my hair loves buttery, thick creams. Don't overdo it; less is usually going to be more with cleansing products. Start small then add more if you need, but most importantly don't rinse and repeat unless you have a ton of buildup. This product is a staple in my stash now.

Did not disappoint
Im glad I tried this cleansing cream - I love it. I will purchase the larger size the next time I order this. I had a problem when I initially bought this product, but sleekhair corrected the problem ASAP. I'm realizing I love all keracare products.

Nice cleanser
The cleansing cream does just what it promises. My hair felt clean without being stripped of moisture. I would prefer if it were in a squeeze bottle or if it had a pump.

The ingredients for this product changed quite some time ago. There are no longer any polyquats in this product. Does anyone know if Sleekhair is now selling the reformulated cleanser? Also, is the 32 oz. now in a bottle or still in a jar? Thanks!
Now it is in the bottle

I washed my daughter's naturally curly hair which had been pressed using an anti humity spritz and curling wax 6 days before. I followed the insructions exactly but noticed that when I washed out the shampoo the water ran yellow although the shampoo is actually a creamy beige color. I continued to rinse it out until the water ran clear. I want to know why the water turned yellow during the first rinse. This is a great product by the way.
I wash my hair with this cleansing cream once a week in between my regular wash and conditioning. I've never had that problem what was the spritz you used? Does your daughter have any color or "spray" color in her hair. That could have been it. Also, if she has ever used a cellophane in her hair her hair will rinse out with the color. I would suggest you use it again and see if you continue to have the same results.
