Brocato Vibrastrait Oscillating Flat Iron Straightener

Brocato Vibrastrait Flat Iron has ceramic tourmaline plates that vibrate up to 7,500 times per minutes, allowing to glide effortlessly through plates. This flat iron helps eliminate catching, pulling and snagging. The vibration can be turned on and off with a flip of a switch. The tourmaline coating reduces static and features a rapid heat up and recovery time. The temperature can be set as low as 190 degrees and set as high as 450 degrees for extremely coarse hair.

Benefits:

  • Perfect for straightening hair or creating flicks and curls.
  • Designed with unique vibrating tourmaline ceramic plates (7,500 per minute)
  • Vibrating plates aid the straightening motion and allow hair to glide through effortlessly. No tugging. No pulling. Less damage.
  • Tourmaline ceramic plates deliver moist, even heat. Tourmaline is a natural mineral that is a more efficient source of ionic and infrared energy. It neutralizes the positive ions found in damaged hair, and produces smooth, shiny, healthy results.
  • Ceramic technology delivers rapid heat up and recovery time.
  • Variable temperature setting from 190 degrees to 450 degrees.
  • The ergonomic design and vibrating plates allow the iron to open and close easily.
  • Automatic safety feature shuts itself off in 50 minutes.

Stopped working
I got my Brocato for Christmas and it's barely been about 7 months and it has STOPPED WORKING! It automatically shutoff and won't turn back on! It's a different day and still won't turn on. I am so sad. I am so frustrated and so is my boyfriend because he wanted to get me a good item for my hair... He got it from Ulta and we don't have the receipt anymore.
ProsIt vibrates Straightens well
ConsStopped working out of NO WHERE and only used it for 7 months

Love it!
I bought my first one 3 years ago and of course didn't register it when I bought it. The electronics on it eventually shorted out (I did drop it a few times) and so I've just recently ordered my second one - that's how much I love it. My advice is to register it as soon as you get it!

Stopped Working After Only 2 Months
I bought this flat iron in February. I did not like the vibrating feature at all, so I always kept it disabled. Other than the iron getting too hot to hold at times, I thought it was pretty decent. Then all of a sudden yesterday, a mere TWO months after buying this iron, it has stopped working completely. Thank goodness it happened after I had finished straightening my entire head of hair, because I was getting ready for work and had no back up. I thought maybe it just got overheated, but when I plugged it in later in the day, it still wouldn't turn on. Luckily I kept my receipt and was told to come back for another iron. I'll return it today, but rest assured I will NOT be getting another Brocato. It was a huge disappointment, especially for the price!
ProsNo snagging Straightens hair nicely
ConsVibrating feature is useless Gets too hot to hold at times Burned out after 2 months

great
I love love love this product. I heard of Sleek Hair through a friend of mine. The service was great and I received my product without any problems. I was getting continuous emails which led me to think that this wasn't a scam. The flat Iron is one of the only ones that I can walk when it's humid and my hair not flip or curl. I recommend whoever buys a flat iron, to make sure it's the Brocato Vibrastrait Oscillating Flat Iron.

DO NOT BUY
This hair straightener is terrible! I have always used Chi with no problems. I used this straightener one and it totally fried my hair!! My hair look so terrible right now because this iron just completely ruined it. I wish I didnt even have to give it one star because it deserves 0. After using a flat iron you should not have to go the the slon for a deep conditioning and a hair cut. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Brocato Vibrastrait
I am a MBF. I have used BV twice now. Each time I used BV my husband assumed I went to the salon and gave me compliments. My husband never compliments me after a salon visit. BV brings out the natural shine in my hair. It makes my new growth look and feel like a relaxer would. I love this tool.

DECEITFUL
Bought this straightener after owning a CHI for many years. At first I thought it was awesome, then I found that the vibration was practically unnecessary and rather annoying. I have very thick coarse curly hair, or I should have said HAD. Now my hair is 50% thinner and brittle and broken. Stick with a CHI, theyre the best!

I recently purchased this item and absolutely love it. However, I have to travel to the UK for work. When I went last, the converter I had did not work with the straightener and heated up way too fast and blew the circuit. I was reading online that some flat irons do not work even with a converter. Is that the case for this flat iron or was I just using a crappy old converter?? PS - I am converting from a UK outlet to a North American outlet, i.e. 220 volts down to 110.
