    Loved the color
I loved the color and the ease of use.
    ProsEase of use and price.
ConsMade my hair dry and looking like straw. I had to cut it off and start all over again. this was no problem since summer is coming up and i was going to cut it off anyway. However, now I am having to put more product on my hair to get it healthy again.

    Great Semi-permanent Result
This is a beautiful shade, but more important -- no more broken ends from chemical coloring! Does fair on gray, but it is great for a semi-permanent coloring kit.

do you apply this before shampooing and leave it on, or do you put it on and then shampoo after 30 min? I need clarification as the directions are not clear and Sally's beauty told me to put it on and then shampoo. The directions tell you to shampoo and then put it on but they don't say to rinse it out- confused. need help, thanks

This product says to apply directly from bottle. Does this mean it doesn't need to be mixed with anything else?

I used HONEY BROWN for several years. Recently when I put Honey Brown on my hair, my hair turned Red and I cannot get the red out of hair. I tried Lt Ash Brown, did nothing. Should I try B-13W Med warm brown? Should I strip hair down? Someone must have mislabeled the bottle of Honey Brown with a Henna color. I've been to several professional hair dressers and they put permanent light brown on it, but didn't cover the red color. It is a henna red color. Have you ever had this problem with Honey Brown before? Have you changed the formula? why did this happen to my hair after all these years? Hairdressers said color won't take because it is a Henna dye. Please advice me on what I can do to get rid of this horrible light red henna color after using Honey Brown? thank you.

do i have to use a "relaxer" first or can i just use this product alone? I want to begin to go grey- after coloring for years, will this product work for temporary coverage until i grow out the grey- sort of a transitional phase.

after you put the color in and have it set. you put in a conditioner after that, then style as usual.
This works just like a regular hair color and should be rinsed and conditioned right after with no shampoo.

Other than color is there any difference between B15W and B20D. I am allergic to colors but I am okay with B20D. Somehow with B20D I get purple tinge in my hair. Sally store suggested that use B15W. B15W says level 2 whereas B20D is level 1. I don't want to go any stronger than B20D. Does this level means different color but all other ingredients are same? I will appreciate your respone. Thanks

I am 82 years old with baby fine, medium brown to dark brown color with reddishness under certain lights. I am now starting to get white, dry hairs mingling in with hair closest to face. my hairdresser says I have very healthy hair and not enough gray to do the entire head. I bought Beautiful Collection ash brown to touch up white hair. Will this cover the gray without darkening the brown part of my hair? Or will it cover the gray at all? What is best way to accomplish what I want?
