Love It
Use this when i bleach my huir with either Roux Speed Bleach or Wella bleach. Use 30 volume for extra lift. Leave mixture on little over an hour, and acheive a white blonde with ZERO brassiness, which is huge surprise because My color pulls red/gold. For reference, am 30% gray dark blonde. After intensive conditioning and basic TLC, am platinum and my hair is still great condition. Years ago, when I went this light my hair would be FRIED.
ProsDosen't irritate my scalp at all, and cost can't be beat.

ok
As mentioned, it is very runny which I don't like if I'm touching up my roots. I suppose you could consider this one of the better non pro developers out there.

did not like
Every time I use this, my hair doesn't turn out as I expect. It's weird because I use other products and don't have these issues. This is also very thin and watery so it's messier than a higher end cream developer. I wouldn't recommend this. It works but for some reason it gives too much lift and it's way too messy. I just threw my bottle in the trash. Will not buy this again.
