I do not like it at all.
I wanted to order a product made by Schwarzkopf called "Igora Toning", in copper gold color. I looked through the products on Sleekhair and thought I had found my replacement "non-peroxide foam hair color" product. The product I received is nothing like the one I have and it cost me $12.99 plus shipping and handling total cost almost $20.00. The product comes with ingredients that are much worse than peroxide, such as isobutane, propane, isopropyl myristate, vet early alcohol, butane and more toxic chemicals that I don't want to apply on my hair or in the land fill. This is not a good product and should be outlawed. And it comes with a warning..."extremely flammable "!
ProsNothing is good about this product.
ConsThe product will probably kill my hair or start a fire on my head!

New formula 'sucks'
I have used 7KG for over 15 years, have loved it and recommended it to many others but now that I used the first bottle out of my 10 bottle order, I was extremely disappointed. The 7KG, copper gold, has always been a true colour for me, giving my hair a reddish gold tinge, but with the new formula my hair after two applications has turned more burgundy. The applicator has also been changed and is more difficult to use. The formula is more watery and has ruined a shirt because my hair drips instead of staying foamy on top of my head. Please bring back your old formula and let us know when you do it so that I know when to order again.
Consnot the correct colour any more applicator doesn't work as well as original 'foam' more watery than before

Amazing product. If you dont get the result you want, its because you choose wrong color.
Yes guys. Your hair will turn green if you are blond and color your hair with a dark color. Its because you took away the pigment when you bleached it. first you need to put that pigment back with copper or red depending how dark you want to get. its a quality product that is easy to use.
ProsEasy to use and apply. Very good for touch up.
ConsYou need to know how color works. violet take yellow away. blue take orange/kopper away. green take red away. just as your hair will get violet if you have white/ highlighted hair. Green if you dont add red/kopper to your highlighted hair before color it dark.

great if you want to change it up for a while
I've always used 7 kg to tint my hair a lil just for fun and Ive always had a good experience with it. The formula is really easy to use and smells amazing. I just put some globs in my hair and tie it up and let it process for 15 mins or so. DO NOT DO THIS IN THE SHOWER!!! the directions do not say to put on soaking wet hair!! Wait 30 mins or so after your shower so your hair is damp and absorbs the color then rinse it out. My hair is a 6-7 so this is perfect for me. I love having fun with my auburn hairðŸ˜" I would definitely recommend this to a friend.
Pros• easy to use • doesn't smell terrible like chemicals • my hair is so soft and shiny after using this product! • color is great if you don't wash your hair a whole lot like me
Cons• if you get it on your skin for a while and don't wipe it off, you could have an orange forehead for a few washes, but it's relatively easy to get off if you catch it during application •if you have greasy hair like me and wash it almost every day, I would recommend getting a few more bottles of this product. It washes out in about 4ish washes so stock up. • It's really sad seeing orange water in the shower when I wash my hair. I feel like my hair is washing away, but if it's only the first wash after you've put the color on it doesn't do much to change the pigment.

BEST PRODUCT FOR IN BETWEEN HAIR APPOINTMENTS
I'm a professional stylist and love this stuff. Way less harsh on your hair and great for anyone who's one budget. Easy application you can even do it while you shower!!!!!!!
ProsWorks great!!!! Awesome and affordable for in between hair appointments. you should refer to your stylist on shade color BECAUSE this is a professional product that goldwell has allowed to be put on the market so you can keep your color looking great for those "appointment s" &sometimes people cancel their color services because of financial obligations and now you don't have to worry about thqt because your color can still look salon great
ConsIf you don't know how to pick a color do not purchase or consult or contact goldwell company or your stylist and ask for advice

DID NOT LIKE
I am very disappointed in your new formula. I am allergic to hair color and only can use the foam colorant mousse colorante. I did a patch test on the back of my scalp and it turned completely RED. Your new formula was very watery and messy. I have been using the foam colorant mousse for many many years. PLEASE PLEASE BRING IT BACK.

Looking to purchase the Goldwell Soft color in the color 5N and 6RB. Can you tell me if this would be the old formula of colored mousse? Read lots of complaints about the new formula and colors are not what they used to be. I love your product but reluctant to spend money if it doesn't work. Please advise.

I'm trying to extend my current red hair color between salon treatments because it fades. It starts out at a nice rich med. Auburn but will go to a light copper within several weeks andlooks drab. What mousse color should I use ? I was going to get Copper Brilliant but thought maybe it would be as light as my current faded color. I want something richer and a bit darker. Thanks

I have been using Dark Blonde 6N for several years. The last time I ordered I got 6N and it said "NEW Formula" which came out green with ash color in it. Do you still have the dark blonde without the ash color in it?
I had the same nasty surprise after happily using 6N for 10 years. I spoke to Goldwell and they have changed their formulation. The new color is going in a more "silver blonde" direction. Unfortunately, they have reformulated the whole line, and all the N colors are probably going to have that green tint to it, so the next nearest colors on either side are probably not going to be good options either. I myself have ordered several color choices from the Schwarzkopf Igora Expert Mousse which appears to be a similar product that the Sleekwell consumer helper tells me is very popular. I plan to try 5.0, 5.5, and 7.0 as possible subs for the Goldwell Dark Blonde 6N. I will try shorter leave-on times for the darker colors.
