I love how it works
I have used this product for a very long time and was very disappointed when my hair dresser told me they could no longer get it. It was expensive enough buying it through them allowing two different parties to profit from the product but the price you are charging takes it out of my league entirely. Love the product but $20 For an 8oz bottle is ridiculous.
ProsI love how it works
ConsCannot afford this price

L'oreal Artec Texture Line Magnifier is the ultimate best!
I have been using this product for years! My hair is super baby fine and I need help putting some "body" in my hair. This product does the trick without weighing my hair down. I really like that it rinses out well during my morning shower and I can re-apply the product daily for 3-4 days in a row without too much build-up. Up until a few months ago I never had a problem finding this product in salons or retail stores. Then suddenly, it was no longer available!! I was desperate! I tried using several other products but none worked as well as this product. I am absolutly thrilled that I found it at SleekHair.com!!! I hope they alway keep it in stock!
ProsI actually make two bottles out of one by mixing half a bottle with water and using the product this way. Even diluted, I only need to use a small amount with each application. This is the only hair product I have found that gives me a consistent level of body throughout my hair. I absolutely LOVE this product!!
ConsThere really isn't anything I dislike about this product. I was devastated when I could no longer find it at retail stores or hair salons, but am happy now that I know where to find it on-line!

The best hair product I have ever used for my particular hair & have been using it for 8-10 years or so, very unhappy it is being discontinued, it will be tough to find as good of a replacement product.

Great for adding control to curly hair!
I have used this product exclusively for 8 years. I have shoulder length, thick, curly hair and a lot of it so I need something to help keep it under control. I apply the magnifier to my wet hair after combing and then dry with a diffuser. It helps keep frizz away and define my curls so they don't get fuzzy. Best of all - you don't get that crunchy look that many curly hair products give you.

L'oreal Artec Texture Line Magnifier
I have used this product for several years now and was unhappy that the whole line suddenly disappeared from the stores where I'd purchased it. I tried other products and was never happy with them. I tried looking for it online and found you. As you listed it as being 8.0 oz, I was a little skeptical that it would be the same product (the bottles I'd used were 8.4 oz). When your shipment came, it was indeed the correct product , and was, in fact, 8.4 oz. The ordering was easy and the shipping was with minimal time. I'm happy, thank you! Please continue to supply it.
ProsIt g ives just enough volume to my thin hair, without being too heavy or too sticky. It dries quickly so I can "scrunch" my hair for further fullness and shape. And, when I do use a hairdryer on my thin, white hair, it does NOT yellow the white, as so many products do.
ConsThe fact that it is not sold in a multitude of local, convenient locations....like in supermarkets and local large pharmacies.

Love it!
This product really does its job. I have fine hair and the magnifier gives it some body and texture. When I don't use the magnifier, I can immediately tell the difference. I will be buying this product for the rest of my life. LOL (but I'm not kidding!).
ProsA small amount goes a long way, and it really does add texture and volume to my hair.
ConsNothing!

I love this hair product.
The Artic Texture LIne Magnifer is great! It is very similar to the curl-up cream they used to make, which I loved. The Magnifier gives my hair a little lift without being sticky or drying my scalp. I will definitely purchase this again.

Will this product Artec Textureline Magnifier become available in the future?
This product used to be available in stores like Ulta, but now you can only purchase it online. It's a wonderful product, especially if you have short to medium hair. It holds the style and does not weigh your hair down at all. It also adds texture and volume as well. And you only need an amount the size of a quarter because it goes a long way.

This was one of the best products I have ever used on my hair. I absolutely loved this product and cannot understand why it was discontinued. I was so disappointed when my hairdresser told me that she could not longer get the "Magnifier". Is there any product that is as good as this. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
I was very disappointed too when they discontinued it. I tried 3 or 4 other products as an alternative. I am now using Bed Head Motor Mouth. It was the best of the alternatives I tried. It seems to only work well in the summer though, and I only use about a drop or so of it; otherwise, it is way too much. I use it only on the lower longer layers of my hair. I use Redken Guts 10 at the roots of my short hair on top. Hope that helps you.

L'Oreal Artec Texture Line Magnifier is the best gel for hair control. Why is it discontinued?
I can't answer that question why it is discontinued but that is why I am purchasing it on line from Sleek Hair. I, too, like it very much and can't find it in retail stores.

I've been using this product for years. I have very fine hair. It gives my hair alot of volume. I'm going to be very disappointed if they discontinue it all together. I was glad I came across Sleekhair, to find the product, I just wish the price was a little lower. I used to pay 8.00 for 8oz. Debbie

This product has been discontinued. Unfortunately the available supply has become very limited. L'Oreal has recommended their Texture Expert Densite as a substitute however I have not yet tried it. This product should be available in select salon locations as well as via mail order.

It used to be very easy to find...I think I even found it at WalMart. Then it was no longer available and the only store that carried it was Ulta. I buy four or five bottles at a time which lasts awhile and the last time I went to replenish my supply, Ulta no longer carried any of the line. I wasn't able to find the Magnifier anywhere except SleekHair. The price has doubled since I started using the product. I do check Amazon periodically but have not found it any cheaper; however, there are now a few other places to purchase online.

Is this Magnifier similar to the Artec Textureline Smoothing Serum. I cannot find it anywhere. Please help, thanks
Not at all. The magnifier is for someone who has thin, fine hair, and wants volume, texture, and thickness when blowdrying hair. The magnifier will allow you to blow your hair out straight and will not make it flat and soft like the smoothing serum. Just lots of thick, full, texture that you can run your hands or brush through when done blowdrying. I had the same problem finding this product as I have used it for years and I love it! I came across the sleek hair web and ordered it. I received it in a few days. You will not be disappointed with the magnifier if you desire thicker hair.
