Excellent simple product
I love the fact that I am not putting strong chemicals into my hair and it works so well. I have been using it for many years using it each day to cover the grey. It produces a very natural soft look rather than a heavy block of hard colour.

It was okay
Not a huge difference when applied. I would use a toner rather than this.

Great for silver hair maintenance!
I bought this product in #42 Silver Lining. I used it to help maintain my (dyed) silver/gray hair to help the color last longer and look more vibrant. I would apply this on my damp hair after every shower. The only thing I don't like about this product is the applicator. To get around that, I bought a spray bottle and would use that to dispense the product on my hair. It would give me more control and help me get even coverage. When using this product, you need to blow dry your hair afterwards or else your hair will feel heavy and sticky! Next time, I will get the True Steel color since I am aiming for that dark gray color as opposed to a silver.
ProsGreat price, nice color

Terrible product
This product didn't work AT ALL! Because it is completely watery, it doesn't absorb into the hair, let alone cover gray between salon colorings. The watery consistency makes it impossible to apply because it does not absorb into the hair. Once applied it was impossible to dry my hair. Even after 15 minutes using a blow dryer, my hair was soaking wet and greasy. I would definitely not recommend this product and would return if I could.

Great product, great customer service
I have ordered again from Sleek Hair and as usual I have found their service to be outstanding. Communication immediate following a request and speed of delivery to New Zealand is amazing. I'm sold.
Prosgreat product, great service.

LOVE IT
I use this weekly to promote the shine & brightness of my permanent hair coloring. Helps cover the gray and leaves the color "intense". It is a MUST HAVE for me.

Where can I find the product in the thicker formula. The product used to be thick and not too runny. Now, it's thin and watery. Does anyone sell the older thicker formula? Is so where can I buy it?

I have been using Roux Fanci #21 rinse for a long time. Now it is turning my grey hair pink. My hairdresser told me to try a color with ash in it. You don't carry this color. Any advise?

I have used Fanciful Rinse for about 40 years. three years ago, I had to change stylist and she uses Roux in a Moouse. she said it is the same as the liquid , however about a year ago my hair begin to grab the rinse on the ends and she told me that I had to grow it off my hair and cannot use it again. what could have caused this. I do not want to be gray all over like I am now..

am using this product for the first time. The front of the bottle says "Rinse In, Shampoo Out". The directions on the back of the bottle say to "Shampoo hair. Rinse Well. Towel Dry. Then apply this product to hair and blow dry. So one side of the bottle says to wash it out, the back side to leave it in. Can you confirm please which I should follow? I have long grey hair, but it has some yellow patches that I would like to cover.
Rinse in, Shampoo Out---means you put it on as a rinse after you shampoo your hair and it will come out the next time you shampoo your hair.

Is it ok to use on hair colored with henna ? What color do u recommend for light brown tone? Or reddish brown?
For light brown hair, especially with reddish highlights, the Frivolous Fawn is great. Darker shades of the Roux F-F look a bit too dark on light brown hair. As far as henna, since this rinse is temporary, all you can do is try it and see...good luck! Dana
