    Pretty good stuff
The color payoff was nice, it didn't seem to last long in my hair though.

    Did not work for me
I have fine, thin hair that has quite a bit of grey. I did not want to use a permanent color, which I used to do for years. After reading the reviews, I thought I would try this. This did not cover my grey. It did not really seem to do much of anything. It did leave my hair shinny and in good condition that is why I went ahead and gave it a higher rating. That being said, maybe I should have tried a different color.

    Champage or Ice Blonde
Wanted to make sure that other brunettes know, you can use the blonde glosses to add a nice gold tone to your hair or highlights with this. All the glaze power is still there, but it gives your hair a nice "gold-kissed" look.

For me it works mixed with Ice Blond
I use to purchase Vanilla Blonde Cellophanes to add beatiful accents to my whites, but I have to mix it with the Ice Blonde color before the aplication or it gets too bold color. Except for that I think it is a wonderful product.

I have very dark brown/nearly black hair with very light bleached blonde balayage highlights and a keratin treatment (aka Brazilian blowout). Will the ice blonde work to bring my highlights to a cooler tone, make my hair shinier, and NOT eliminate/wear out my keratin treatment? Should I do the clear option instead to avoid messing with my hair color or keratin?

My recommendations are these: First this is a color gloss so if you use one of the reds, for example, you might end up with pink hair on the greys. For me, I have about 10% grey and my natural color level is around 6. I have had good luck using either the Honeycomb Blond or the Vanilla Blond. It adds shine to my natural color and turns the grey into golden highlights. I tried a darker brunette [Golden Brunette] color and it was not effective for me. I do use the plastic cap and sit under a drier . Then let cool as long as possible. Treat the grey as level 10-12. That is what you want to change! I have wanted to try the Ice Blond, but have read of it turning grey purple! May try mixing it with one of the other blondes.

If I buy this do I need a processing liquid or is everything included???
No processing liquid is required. This product is a protective glaze that coats the hair. The clear does not deposit color and the colored ones do deposit some color, which will partially (but probably not completely) fade after several washes.

I'm somewhere between golden blonde and hot red. First, is mixing these two ok AND would your recommend ½ and ½ ratio?? Thanks.
Yes, mixing 2 Cellophanes together is perfectly fine. Regarding your ratio, If you are leveled some where between GB and FR. I would recommend 2 to 1 with GB the larger of the ratio. It has been my experience the Red Cello will over power the Golden Blonde.

Is this a blue or a purple type color
No, this is a clear color shine only. It seals in color and adds a nice shine to the hair. You can add a color base to the clear if you want to add some color or brighten up faded color.

As the name suggests, this is a crystal clear coating that deals with shine only, no color. It's very good. It's also good as a base if you want to mix a more transparent color.

Neither. "Shine Clear" will not add any color to your own hair. The actual product itself is a transparent peach color with a gel like consistency. I usually mix the color "shine clear" with equal parts of "golden brunette". If I don't, my hair color comes out looking black instead of brown. The "Shine Clear color did help my dry, damages hair look healthier.

Dear Sleek.com, I can understand why the person asked this question. If you look at the image of the product closely, below the word "clear" is a light blue square which may lead a person to believe that this is the color your hair will be. Any way to correct this?

I used the incorrect colour Sebastian cellophane honey blonde on my hair. I should of used the lightest blond. My very blonde hair that is equivalent to #613 in hair code charts changed to a very dark blonde with pink pigments. I went to see a colourist and asked them when low long will it take to wash out and they said by looking at my hair that the pigment is changed forever as even though your products says no deposit no imonia it still has the capability for altering your hair forever. My very very light blond hair is very very honey dirty blond and I am very upset needless to say I don’t even look the same. What is going to happen will this wash out please help please get back to me I am hoping this will was out and what the colourist said is not true
It will be washed off after about month. You can make this process faster if will use oil rich masques and treatments (with natural oils)
