    Great
This is an overall good product. I have normal hair on top and a little dry on the end from dying; this conditioner leave my hair super shiny, healthy looking and always getting compliments on the incredible smell. Definitely a recommendation, sleek hair carries so many great and different products.

Is this a leave-in or do you rinse it out?
When I used it the first time after shampooing my hair, I applied the conditioner and let it sit for about 10 minutes and rinsed well. My hair was very soft. However, the second time I just shampooed and combed the conditioner through my hair. As it dried, I noticed that my hair was very curly and soft. I live and work in the Washington, DC area and because of the high humidity this conditioner works especially well as a leave in.

Is this a leave in conditioner?
No, it is not. You rinse it out just like your shampoo. My son has thicker, harder to manage hair and both the shampoo and conditioner do a great job toning it down making it more manageable for him to style. It was recommended by our salon.

The directions do not say rinse out , but I do rinse out after about five minutes. I really love this stuff. Not greasy and allows you to style your hair as usual. I daily use sebastian volupt and about once a week I use drench. If your hair is very dry, you could use it more without worry of build up or limp hair. I highly recommend this product and I would use it with Sebastian shampoo. It may help you to know, I have shoulder length blonde hair that I use a blow dryer and flat iron on. Drench keeps my hair smooth and free of split ends.
