Love the color lasting effects of this product!
I do not dye my hair but like the ability to add a bit of color and highlights - this product does just that! I love the extra shine and color I get from using this shampoo. I wish it come in more colors, but I am happy with many of the current choices. I definitely keep this as a staple at my home.

I use this product to extend the life of my Salon Color. It does a great job of brightening and smoothing hair shafts, thus keeping color and eliminating fuzz

Used the violet and it was very strong on blonde hair where it even looked a bit more yellow on my more recently dyed roots than on the rest of my hair. I ended up mixing it with another product to boost that ones effectiveness even though I really liked the formula. This could probably be used in place of a toner or demi permanent hair color.

I have used the watercolor shampoo in a blond shade. I found it very conditioning and also the reds, however this bottle in the new packaging did not seem to be as conditioning as previous bottles. It is still the shampoo I prefer to keep my hair fresh between colorings.

Works well, but . . .
I have used various shades of this product, depending on my hair/highlight color at the time. It works well for reinvigorating the color, especially reds which tend to fade easily. I alternate this with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo. SF shampoos are key to prolonging haircolor. However, the one caveat is that the color in this shampoo can leave color on porous surfaces. Some excess got on my sink and stained it red. I think it might do the same for grout or porous tile, so be careful when using it that it doesn't spill and sit undiluted.
ConsCan stain porous surfaces

I have violet/plum hair. Will this work for my color? Read the reviews and saw tons of people saying they had red hair, but no violet/purple/plum. Super interested as my color fades easily and this will save me time and money and hopefully I can keep my violet hair looking fresh!

I color my dark brown hair to cover grays. Which shampoo is best to get rid of red in my color? Thanks
Try Mocha Drench -- the description says Mocha Drench filters out brassy color in deep brunettes, so it should help knock out those red/orange tones.
