ok
There are better quality developers out there. I think it says a lot when the directions say to add water to the 20 to get 10.

Great product!
I really like this product and it's consistency. It is slightly thick so it doesn't run down my face or drip all over out of the applicator bottle.

This product is top of the line and a fantastic deal. I will never purchase anyplace other than Sleek Hair. Wella Cream Developer works like a charm when accompanied by my haircolor. Excellent quality at an excellent price.

To effectively cover 50% gray, I use 20 volume cream developer. This brand is perfect and the color lasts longer than over developers.
